5K training race

The 5k training race is taking place this Thursday at the club house, registration by 6.30pm for a 6.40pm start. As many of you know I will be leaving for a time to go to Cyprus and I’m hoping to see a few of you at the race before I go. Olympic Athletics at the bar afterwards!
