Entries close when the entry limit is reached or 7 days before the race, whichever is first. There will be no waiting list for places.

Refunds: No refund will be made to any entrant not completing the race. No transfer of race numbers to another person is allowed. A 50% refund of entry fee is possible in advance of the race if a refund request is made within 60 days of the original entry purchase date. All refund requests must be made by 10th February 2013 at the latest.

Additional bonus prize of £300 for the first man to break the race record or finish in 1hr 44.59 or quicker.
If that isn't acheived then £200.00 will be available for the first man finishing in 1hr 45.59 or quicker.
If that isn't acheived then £150.00 will be available for the first man finishing in 1hr 46.59 or quicker.
If that isn't acheived then £100.00 will be available for the first man finishing in 1hr 47.59 or quicker.
If that isn't acheived then £50.00 will be available for the first man finishing in 1hr 48.59 or quicker.
Women's Prizes:

If that isn't acheived then £200.00 will be available for the first woman finishing in 1hr 59.59 or quicker.

If that isn't acheived then £100.00 will be available for the first woman finishing in 2hr 01.59 or quicker.
