5km Training race
The next 5K Training Race is due to take place on Thursday 13 August. I am delighted that, subject to final council approval, we will be able to stage a REALITY 5K.
The race will be over a one lap course on the paths & fields of Hillingdon House Farm. There will be no ski slope or stream! The course is fast, a bit bumpy in places, but flatter than the Ruislip course.

Should any problems occur beforehand, we will revert to the Virtual 5K format.
