Please be advised the nutrition & fitness evaluation meet & greet with club members will NOW be held on Thursday 12th March from 7pm.  Next Level provide products and services to help maintain a healthy active lifestyle, and are offering club members the chance to have a free Body Fat analysis and try free product samples.

You will also be able to arrange a more in-depth FREE Wellness Evaluation, which includes stats on your BMR, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat plus more, with Director Jay Hearne based at Next Level in Ruislip Manor.
