HAC Ross Barkley 5K

In short the aim is to run your fastest 5k this year and maybe ever.

The twist though is it doesn’t have to be done in one continuous non stop run. In fact, the whole aim is to stop and start your watch throughout this 5K. For example you could run intervals of 5 x 1k runs, 20 x 250m downhill, 100 x 50m or any kind of randomness that will get you your best 5k time and possibly a world record or age cat score that is out of this world 🙂
You have until 8pm Friday 1st May to set a time, however the time does need to be set in one training session.

Please send your RB5k time to me with a link to your activity, if you like plus your old best recent time so we can compare, to me at mbateman@hillingdonac.co.uk
I’ll post the results in full on Friday pm.

Please follow all rules on social distancing during this event.

More background to this event is in this link. Please note it does contain 1 rude word, well 2 if you count the name of the West London FC as well. #twoblues
