Hilarie Lemon – Funeral arrangements and celebration mass
Please see below message regarding funeral arrangements and celebration mass for Hilarie Lemon.
As you may know, Hilarie sadly passed away after being diagnosed with brain cancer in Jan 2017. She was a member of HAC for many years, and loved her running, especially on the trips to Bruges. She will perhaps be remembered most as the person who always stated off the dancing at social events and would dance the night away.
Hilarie passed away in the Marie Curie Hospice in Liverpool, so we were near our daughter for the birth of her first grandchild. Hilarie held baby Tonina in her arms, and slipped into a coma that night. She will be cremated at a service in her home town near Liverpool on Friday 20th September.
A special celebration mass will be held at St. Thomas More Church, 32 Field End Road, Eastcote. HA5 2QT. This will be at 3pm on Saturday 28th September.
Dress code is informal.
Please no flowers. You may wish to make a donation to Marie Curie at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/HilarieLemon
The family would be pleased if you can join us afterwards in the adjacent church hall for drinks and light refreshments.
We would like to make a photo wall of happy times so please feel welcome to bring one favourite photo with a message on the back to add to the wall
We are expecting very large numbers to attend and would ask you to arrive early, and walk wherever possible.
There is a fairly cheap pay and display car park behind Aldi in Eastcote shops if you need. Postcode HA5 1TG. This is a 10 min walk from the church.
We look forwards to seeing you.
