| Course Description: | Parkland setting, undulating course, with one steep climb per large lap, on grass and woodland paths. | ||

| Parking: | Parking at athletics stadium with a charge or free within Uxbridge College car park(closes at 4pm) if spaces are available. Due to a large swimming event taking place at the sports centre spaces will be very limited so you are strongly advised to use public transport or car share for this fixture. PLEASE LEAVE IN SUFFICIENT TIME TO PARK CONSIDERATELY AND STILL BE ABLE TO ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR RACE. Limited parking close by the course see map for parking guide here. | ||

| Other information: | Course map here.All clubs should arrive before the start of the meeting (1.00pm) in order for numbers to be distributed to each club. Runners should not wear I Pods/Walkmans when competing, as they are not allowed on safety grounds. To be eligible to score, competitors should compete in the correct race for their age group. Competitors in the Under 13 race must be 11 or over on the day of competition. | ||
Afterwards at the Ruislip clubhouse the bar will be open and Steve Thompson will be playing his collection of vinyl records.
