5K TRAINING RACE 5

Ruislip, Middlesex
6.40pm – One race of 5K for men and women. Please register at the clubhouse by 6.30pm. Two and a half laps of Breakspear Road, Howletts Lane, Marlborough Avenue and Bury Street. The first of a series of six races on the second Thursday of the month from April to September. You participate entirely at your own risk. All Club members are welcome to run, with a £3 surcharge for any non- Club members. There will be no quiz due to the Olympics on TV.
