NORTH LONDON CHAMPIONSHIPS

2.00pm – Women’s race of 3 miles,

2.45pm – Men’s race of five miles. Meet at Kingsbury Free Church by 1.45pm. Changing (no showers), refreshments and presentations at Kingsbury Free Church, Slough Lane, Kingsbury, with the start/finish area about five minutes walk away. All members are eligible to run.
Travel directions: (9 miles, 24mins with no delays) from the Northwick Park roundabout in Harrow, take the A406 Kenton Road. After the Kingsbury shops, take Slough Street on the right. Kingsbury Free Church is at the junction of Slough Street and Slough Lane.
