Metropolitan League

The Active Training World Met League has its own website which can be found at www.metleague.co.uk
The new site is still run by Hillingdon AC but it is independent and allows greater scope to share information and promote the league.
Results will continue to be shown here as an alternative archive.

All club members are welcome, and in fact encouraged to compete in the Met League. The wearing of club vest is required.

Race Time Table

1.15pm – Under 13 Boys race of 3km The team races are four-to-score
1.17pm – Under 13 Girls race of 3km The team races are four-to-score.
1.35pm – Under 17 Men’s race of 4km. The team race is four-to-score.
1.37pm – Under 17 Women’s race of 4km. The team race is four-to-score.
1.55pm – Women’s race of 6km. The team race is six-to-score (seniors) and four-to-score (vets).
2.35pm – Men’s race of 8km. The team race is 12-to-score (seniors) and six-to- score (vets).
