Opportunities for coaches

There are throws and hurdles master classes happening in Birmingham and Brunel respectively.  Both are being taken by experts in their field (excuse the pun) and are an excellent opportunity to gain greater knowledge in these areas. They are open to all coaches.

The Hurdles conference is taking place with Gary Einckler at Brunel University on Monday 14th November – Energy Systems (18:30-21:30) and Tuesday 15 November Female Sprint Hurdling (18:30-21:30)

Throws Friday 21st October Alexander Stadium Birmingham (18:30-21:30)

Coach and Athlete Talent Introduction Days – For disability athletes or coaches wanting to develop their knowledge of coaching disability athletes. 27th November, Lee Valley (Coaching theme classification), 21st January Brunel University (Adapting physical preparation activities), 25th Feb at Brunel (learning Disability).
