Regional schools athletic Championships

It’s that time of year when the regional schools athletics Championships are taking place. 

Buckinghamshire Schools Athletics Association held their event 14^th & 15^th May, we are unaware of any of our athletes competing.

Berkshire Schools Athletics Association held their event on Saturday 11^th June at Bracknell track.   We know two of our athletes completed in this.

Keziah Sizya                           U20W             100mH           Silver Medal

Nana Owusuah Quainoo       U17W              100m              Silver Medal

Herefordshire Schools Athletics Association also held their event on Saturday 11^th June, at Jarman Park in Hemel Hempstead.  We had a couple of athletes competing.

Congratulations to all our athletes who were able to showcase their skills in these competitions.  We wish all, and there will be several, who compete this weekend coming 18^th June in the Middlesex Schools Athletics Championship.

These regional competitions are important as they pave the way for our young athletes to potentially participate in the prestigious English Schools Competition next month.
