Ruislip Lido Relays

This event will take place on Sat. 29 ^th Dec. at 2-30 pm from the  Ruislip clubhouse.    Registration from 1pm.

The race consists of 3 x  approx 1½ mile Laps on a hard path surface. (Total 4 ½ miles). The course is shared with other Lido users and can be busy.

You can run in teams of  3,  2, or 1. There is no entry fee and no prizes, but a small prize will be given to the youngest running team of 3, completing the course.

Tea/coffee and drinks will be available at the bar.
