Kirby in dream land as he makes UK number 1

Jack Kirby has floated to the top of the U15 80m Hurdles rankings. He is currently holds the fastest time over the event in the country this year. Jack’s amazing 11.0 second time came on home soil at Hillingdon Athletics track in the Alder Valley boys League on Saturday 28^th May.

His proud coach, Angela Wilcox, said “I’m so pleased with his performance”. It also beats a 34 year old club record wich was previously held by Bernard Barry who ran 11.4 in 1977.

Alder Valley Boys league – Saturday 28th May, Uxbridge

Hillingdon came 6th in the match of 10 teams.

Hillingdon came 6th in the match retaining 5th place in the league.

Coombe Hill Fell Race

Sunday 7th June saw the Coombe Hill Fell race take place. There isn’t too much to report on for this one, with only Alex Giffin and Graham Bright representing the Club at this fixture.

June Training Race 2026

Thursday 11th June saw the 3rd 5km Training Race of the summer take place. James Laing was first to finish, fresh from a 12th place finish at the Swansea Half Marathon at the weekend, in 16:33.

Gosunder Handicap 2026

The Gosunder Handicap race will take place on Saturday 15th August.
